Baked Mushroom
Sauce Walleye
1 lb. walleye, perch, smallmouth or white bass, freshwater drum
or other fish filets
15 mushrooms, sliced
3 T. butter or margarine
½ c. sour cream
½ c. mayonnaise or
salad dressing
2 t. lemon juice
¼ t. salt
1 T. chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Place filets in
a greased baking dish.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms. Blend in all remaining
ingredients, except
parsley. Pour sauce over the filets. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily with
a fork. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Serves 2-3.
