Road Runners, a new nightclub located on Broadway in Lorain, offers live entertainment five nights a week.
Take control on Tuesday with karaoke hosted by Tunes Unlimited, sit back for Musicians’ Jam Night on Wednesday, cowboy up on Thursday for country music by Kentucky Thunder, or embrace the weekend on Friday or Saturday with the sounds of live rock and roll.
Owner Mike Kennedy says Road Runners has been attracting a great crowd almost every night since it opened in January. “People are learning how nice it is downtown here,” says Kennedy. “We have a lake and a river and everything up here. It’s a nice location.”
Road Runners features a full bar, including local wines from Paper Moon Vineyards in Vermilion. The club also serves bar snacks, including chicken nibblers and pizza.
Road Runners opens every afternoon at 4 p.m. with a happy hour that lasts until 8 p.m. Entertainment begins Tuesdays through Saturdays after 8 p.m. and runs until midnight or later. Road Runners is located at 400 Broadway in Lorain.
